-Shipping Destinations-

We currently offer shipping services within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

-Shipping Methods-

We offer the following shipping methods:

1. *Fedex standard parcel*: Our standard shipping option typically takes 1-2 business days for delivery. This service is provided free for orders over £100.00 and at a reasonable flat rate for orders below.

2. *Fedex Pallet shipping (3-5 days)*: For your full off-grid kit, we offer a Fedex pallet shipping option, which usually delivers within 3-5 business days. This service is free with the purchase of an Off grid / Solar kit

-Order Processing-

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate to avoid any delays in delivery.

-Shipping Costs-

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the chosen shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process. We occasionally offer promotions with free or discounted shipping, so be on the lookout for special deals.

-Delivery Times-

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, chosen shipping method, and any unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather conditions). While we make every effort to deliver your order promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

-Returns Policy-

We want you to be fully satisfied with your off grid solar storage purchase from Offgrid Western. If you are not completely happy with your order, please read our return policy to understand your options.

-Returns-

1. *14-Day Return Guarantee*: We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. *To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.*

-Refunds-

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

-Exchanges-

1. We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Hello@offgridwestern.co.uk for further instructions.

-Return Shipping-

1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

-How to Initiate a Return-

-Damaged or Defective Items-
